Nick Moglia

NICK MOGLIA Chairman & Managing Director

Nick first worked with Rory Sweet, Zycko’s founder, at RBR Networks in 1997. Prior to that he was a Director at the manufacturer UB Networks (1994-1997). He is a Chartered Accountant (Arthur Andersen & Co) and previously worked for Grand Metropolitan, Dixons Stores Group and the Robert Maxwell Group. Following RBR’s sale to Datatec and re-branding as Comstor, he joined Zycko in 2001 becoming Group Managing Director in 2006. Key achievements outside work include the successful ascent of Aconcagua in 2008, and as a keen runner, the completion of several marathons and half-marathons raising £50,000 for charity in the process.

David Galton-Fenzi

David also worked with Rory Sweet as Sales Manager at RBR Networks between 1994-1999. This included the period of dramatic growth in annual sales which rose from $50m to over $500m. He joined Zycko in 2000 and was appointed Sales Director in September 2001. In 2009 David assumed responsibility for Marketing and became Group Sales and Marketing Director.

Ken Wood

Ken was appointed Group Finance & Operations Director in June 2007. Prior to joining Zycko, Ken held the position of Finance Director at Kitbag Ltd, a leading online retailer (2005-2007) and various head financial positions at Orange plc (2000-2005), including Head of Commercial & Financial Support.

Rory Sweet

RORY SWEET Non-Executive Director

Founder of the Simian Group, previously Rory founded, built up and sold Comstor Ltd, a major Cisco distributor (originally RBR Networks). He was also a major shareholder in the Star Technology Group - a leading provider of technology services comprising MessageLabs and Star Internet.
